Advances on polysaccharides from cactus: analysis and review based on bibliometrics

Plant polysaccharides are rich in physiological activities, which beneficial for developing new drugs, nutraceuticals and functional foods. Cactus is of interest to researchers agronomy, medicine food chemistry because its long history medicinal use, simple growing requirements biological basis becoming a green vegetable. This review provides the first summary analysis research cactus through bibliometric approach. Bibliometrics was used investigate focus different stages development topic, with contributions from countries institutions. In addition, keyword clustering were understand directions this topic.
